Interested in Sailing a Soling?
The Soling is a wonderful boat to sail and race. It is fast, sturdy, yet sensitive in almost all conditions. The level of racing in each local fleet is strong, with most skippers in the class for over 10 years. While a 'high-tech' boat, it is surprisingly affordable, with competitive used boats in the range of $5,000 to $10,000.

The best way to find out if a Soling is right for you, is to contact a local fleet in your area and sign up to be a crew for a few races. While droop hiking may look a bit intimidating, it really is not all that hard and rather comfortable once you are 'over the side'.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact any of the fleet officers. We are actively looking for active racers who like the feel of a stable, yet responsive boat.
